1. About us
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of singingattitude.uk and to local in-person singing lessons and related services purchased from Singing Attitude Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) through this website.
These Terms are intended to support the current Phase 1 local lesson model on singingattitude.uk. They do not govern online products, portal access, or online account services provided on SingingAttitude.com unless expressly stated on that website.

2. About this site and our services
singingattitude.uk is the local UK site for in-person singing lesson enquiries, local lesson purchases, and coach-network interest connected to the Singing Attitude Method.
Our services are intended for coaching and personal development. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.
If the student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase, accept these Terms, and remain responsible for communications and consent arrangements relating to the student.
3. Local in-person lessons sold on singingattitude.uk
Products sold on singingattitude.uk are currently for Liuba-specific local in-person singing lessons and related local lesson offers described at the time of purchase.
Unless we explicitly state otherwise on the purchase page, a purchase on singingattitude.uk:
• is for local in-person lesson fulfilment only,
• does not include portal or account access,
• does not include online evaluation, video feedback, or online singing lesson services on SingingAttitude.com,
• does not guarantee a particular coach, venue, area, date, or time until separately confirmed.
4. Scheduling and coach allocation after purchase
Local lesson scheduling and coach allocation are handled manually after purchase.
After you buy a local lesson or lesson pack, we will contact you using the details you provide to discuss availability, location options, and the next step for arranging your lesson(s).
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and responding within a reasonable time to scheduling messages. Delays in replying may delay lesson allocation.
5. Coach and location availability
All local lessons are subject to coach, venue, and area availability.
Unless a purchase page expressly states otherwise, the current local lesson products are Liuba-specific products. Other coaches may be offered under separate pricing or product terms later.
We do not guarantee nationwide coverage and do not guarantee that a local coach will be available in every location.
If your preferred coach, area, or time is unavailable, we may offer:
• an alternative coach,
• an alternative time or location,
• a place on a waiting list,
• or another reasonable next step.
If we cannot offer a suitable local lesson option within a reasonable period, we may offer a refund or another mutually agreed solution.
6. Prices and payment
Prices for local lessons are shown on singingattitude.uk at the time of checkout.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another stated payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
Using the same Stripe account for different Singing Attitude offers does not mean the products are the same. Local lesson purchases on singingattitude.uk are separate from online product purchases made on SingingAttitude.com.
7. Cancellations and rescheduling
Because local lessons are arranged manually, there is no promise of instant booking or self-service rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or request a change after a lesson date and time has been confirmed:
• 48 or more hours before the agreed lesson time: we will normally try to reschedule without charge, subject to availability.
• Less than 48 hours before the agreed lesson time: we may treat the lesson as used or apply a reasonable late-change restriction, except where we agree otherwise in exceptional circumstances.
Repeated late changes or non-responsiveness may affect our ability to keep offering local scheduling options.
If we need to change a confirmed lesson for reasons on our side, we will try to offer a reasonable alternative. If that is not possible, we may offer a refund or credit for the affected lesson.
8. Refunds, missed lessons, and no-shows
If you are a UK consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days (“cooling-off period”) unless an exception applies.
If lesson fulfilment, coach allocation work, or scheduling has already begun at your request during the cooling-off period, we may reduce any refund to reflect work already carried out or lessons already delivered, where permitted by law.
If you miss a confirmed lesson without notice, arrive so late that the lesson cannot reasonably proceed, or fail to attend the agreed location, we may treat that lesson as used and no refund will usually be due.
Refunds, if due, are usually made to the original payment method.
9. Lesson packs
If we offer multi-lesson packs, those packs:
• may only be used for the lesson type or offer described at purchase,
• are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing,
• are not redeemable for cash,
• do not guarantee a fixed coach or fixed schedule for every session.
Unless a different validity period is stated at purchase, a local lesson pack must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Unused sessions may expire after that period.
10. Health, safety, and suitability
You are responsible for telling us about any health, access, or practical issues that may affect safe participation in an in-person singing lesson.
Coaching is not medical advice. If you experience pain, persistent hoarseness, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms, stop and seek advice from a qualified medical professional.
We may refuse, pause, or stop a lesson if we reasonably believe it would be unsafe, inappropriate, or unsuitable to continue.
11. Coach network and coach applications
singingattitude.uk may also be used for coach-network enquiries, coach-interest forms, or applications connected to the Singing Attitude Method.
Submitting a coach enquiry or application does not guarantee acceptance, training, listing, referral work, or coaching opportunities.
Any coach training, certification, or network participation may be subject to separate eligibility criteria, further agreements, and additional review.
12. External links to SingingAttitude.com and other websites
This website may link to SingingAttitude.com and to third-party websites or services.
If you leave singingattitude.uk and use another website, service, or checkout flow, different terms, privacy notices, and fulfilment arrangements may apply.
13. Online products handled on SingingAttitude.com
The following offers are handled separately on SingingAttitude.com and are not provided under these local lesson Terms unless expressly stated at purchase on singingattitude.uk:
• Online Voice Evaluation,
• Video Feedback,
• Online Singing Lessons,
• portal or account access,
• online checkout or online product fulfilment flows.
Buying a local lesson on singingattitude.uk does not create portal access or online product entitlement on SingingAttitude.com unless we explicitly confirm otherwise in writing.
14. Materials and intellectual property
Any materials we provide, including documents, exercises, recordings, videos, and written guidance, are for your personal use only unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You must not copy, redistribute, publish, resell, or exploit our materials, branding, or content without permission.
15. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• misuse the website,
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts,
• submit false, misleading, or abusive enquiries,
• harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against anyone involved in the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated misuse.
16. Liability
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party venues or external service providers beyond our legal responsibility to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were made. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or communicated by reasonable means where appropriate.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction (unless consumer law provides otherwise).
