Dates, the group venue, prices, group size and availability are still to be confirmed. Existing private-lesson studios do not confirm where a future group class will run. This page is an interest list; registering does not reserve a place.

Technique · Attitude · Expression

The Singing Attitude Method connects the practical work of singing with how you approach your voice and the meaning of a song. These are the three areas behind our approach to group learning.

Technique

Explore manageable vocal exercises, listening, breath coordination and clear tone. Choose sounds that fit your current voice rather than trying to match someone else's volume or range.

Attitude

Practise being heard in a shared learning setting. Notice self-judgement and build a more patient approach to mistakes, repetition and feedback.

Expression

Connect words, rhythm and musical phrasing to the meaning of a song. Bring a useful exercise back into music rather than treating technique as an end in itself.

Is a group class right for you?

A group can suit adults who enjoy learning alongside others and want a regular reason to practise. Beginners, returning singers and people curious about singing with others are welcome to tell us about their interests.

Private coaching may be a better starting point if you want focused attention on your own voice, flexible pacing or support before singing around other people. Explore local private singing lessons or learn about Liuba Doga.

Group singing class questions

Are group singing classes open for booking?

We are collecting interest in future local, in-person group singing classes for adults aged 18 and over. Dates, the group venue, prices, group size and availability have not yet been announced. Registering interest does not reserve a place or commit you to paying.

Where will the group singing classes take place?

Singing Attitude UK currently offers private lessons near Ely and Soham and in Bury St Edmunds. The venue for future group classes is still to be confirmed. Tell us your preferred area in the form; please wait for a class announcement before making travel plans.

Can I register interest if I am a complete beginner?

Yes. Adult beginners and singers returning after a break can register interest. Tell us about your experience and goals so we can understand demand. The level and any participation requirements will be confirmed when a class is announced.

What is the difference between a group singing class and a choir?

A group singing class usually focuses on learning vocal skills together, using exercises and song sections. A choir usually focuses on rehearsing ensemble repertoire. Either format can include both, so check how much teaching, individual feedback and performance preparation a particular session offers.

How much will the group classes cost?

Group class prices have not yet been announced. Joining the interest list is free. We will share the price and booking details when a class is available, so you can decide then.

How do I register interest?
